How to Get Started

Women, Men, LGBTQ, Couples

"The thing that is really hard, and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself."~Anna Quindlen

Where to start:
Once you have looked over my website and you would like to schedule an appointment, call me at 706-5950.  Leave a voicemail and I'll return your call usually same-day and if not, within 24 hours, M-F.  Or, feel free to text or email me instead:  [email protected]

Consultation: I will ask you to give me general information about what you would like to come in for (usually about 10 minutes).  We will determine whether or not we are a good fit, and if we aren't, I can help you find someone who is!  We will schedule an session time together.  I will email forms for you to print and fill out.

I have done my own personal work.  I understand how hard it can be to make the call for an appointment. I provide a judgement-free space for all clients, and clients tell me they feel safe and like they're talking with a trusted friend.  For me, my personal work was and continues to be a game-changer.  I wouldn't trade what I learned about myself for the world! You don't have to remain alone in your pain or in feeling lost or stuck.  Every person has gifts to share with this world, and sometimes things like depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, etc., can cause us to hide our gifts.  That is not truly living.  I want to help you to know who you are, what your gifts are, and begin living a life of passion and joy!

I provide office sessions, and also secure online and/or phone therapy for people whose lives and schedules would benefit from either of those modalities. Call for a free phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit, and if we're not, I'll help you find a therapist that is.
