The Kintsugi Story
Kintsugi is the centuries-old Japanese art of fixing broken pottery.
Rather than rejoining ceramic pieces with camouflaged adhesive, the Kintsugi technique employes a special tree sap lacquer dusted with powdered gold, silver or platinum.
Once completed, beautiful seams of gold glint in the conspicuous cracks of ceramic wares not only making them stronger and more resilient than ever before, but also give a one-of-a-kind appearance to each repaired piece.
You are so beautiful, despite the abuse, anxiety and depression, but if you're like I was, you don't believe that.
You aren't broken beyond repair from your past pain. You can be happy again! Again, I didn't believe this one either...until, I DID!

Module 1 ~ Why Do I Need Self Care?
This lesson provides an overview of the variety of powerful self-care techniques that will help you become "unstuck," eliminate chronic anxiety, know yourself better, understand more of your purpose on earth, develop confidence, self-belief and love your life. Wholeness and mental healthiness will blossom.
Module 2 ~ Basic Self-Care VS. Deep, Abiding Self-Care
You'll gain a sense of self that is sustainable for a lifetime! You'll also develp a best-friendship with yourself and genuinely know how to love "you." Your sense of security and confidence will soar as you find out how to be there for yourself and have radical acceptance of yourself, resulting in a higher level of joy and consciousness.
Module 3 ~ Creating Your Space For Daily Practice
We can go to the gym for physical workouts - but where can you go to practice deep self-care workouts? Find out why it's so important to set up a special space in which you can practice valuing yourself, knowing you worth and enough-ness, and developing your daily practice to feed your mind, soul and spirit for a lifetime.
Module 4 ~ My Space Is All Set Up - Now What?
The beauty of inner self-care work is that there's a lot of flexibility to it. The most important part for self-care to be impactful, is finding a time that works best and committing to it. With self-care consistency, you'll become self-empowered and find ways to thwart the "gremlin" thoughts.
Module 5 ~ It's Time To Do Your Work - Self Talk
Has your struggle with negative self-talk taken you down? You'll discover how your personal inner dialogue/self-talk operates and find ways to make it work for you instead of against you. You'll also explore how to respect yourself and realize you have much more control over your life than you thought. Your self-awareness will be "online."
Module 6 ~ Crushing Negative Self-Talk Through "Me-Parenting"
You'll expose how you ended up without self-love, with negative self-talk, and feeling stuck. Then I'll show you how to put a "me-parenting" voice into place, that science and psychology says facilitates healing. You'll discover how to stop the self-sabotaging self-talk. The goal is to have the "kind voice" inside you become the loudest.
Module 7 ~ Discover Self-Compassion and Self-Kindness
We have no problem having compassion and kindness toward other people, yet we deeply lack these feelings for ourselves. Discover how to begin showing yourself compassion and kindness during times of personal emotional need. You'll see and feel the difference in your mind and body from this daily practice.
Module 8 ~ How To Process Repressed/Current Feelings Well
Feeling our feelings helps us get to the root of what we want and need in life. Our feelings often hold the answers to the questions (big & small) we have for our lives. Exploring how to "feel" and process our feelings can help us dissolve addictions, dissuade angry outbursts, temper panic attacks, and bring balance to feeling "crazy."
Module 9 ~ Let's Get Our Own Needs Met And Set Boundaries
We'll expose a variety of people-pleasing tendencies we may have that "trick" us into thinking we're doing something good. We'll also discover ways to set personal boundaries and prioritize our own needs, which helps us refresh our priorities and use our gifts to serve others without feelings of anger and resentment.
Video 10 ~ Developing Our Own Spiritual Connection
Spirituality has been a confusing and convoluted experience for many. We'll discover how to have our own spiritual connection, and ways it helps us stay consistently "grounded," and calm, especially during difficult times. See how faith in a "Higher Power" can inspire us, help us get perspective and give us hope!
